Microsel of Colorado, LLC is an expanding custom computer manufacturer located in Centennial, CO within the DTC. Microsel’s growing operation is searching for an Account Manager to assist in this continued growth. Successful candidates will have experience in the computer hardware industry. More specifically, experience involving sales of computer hardware, hardware configurations and software solutions will be required for success in this position. As well, an understanding and experience with order entry, logistics, scheduling and most importantly customer service will allow the successful candidate to excel in this position.

Summary
The Account Manager at Microsel of Colorado, LLC is responsible for the acquisition, growth and maintenance of a customer base in the computer hardware and software solutions industry. Technical knowledge, coupled with salesmanship and excellent customer service skills are required for this position. Account Management encompasses; customer prospecting, sales growth, order entry, customer database management, customer quotes and sales support as required by Microsel of Colorado customers.
Customer interactions will be in person, via telephone and e-mail. A high level of customer service and attention to detail is required for this position.

Qualifications
•Experience in the computer hardware and solutions industry is required
•Previous Account Management, sales or sales support experience
•Previous customer service experience
•Expertise with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
•Experience with MAS 90 is preferred (although not required)
•Experience with logistics, scheduling and successful inter-departmental business facilitation
•Experience with order entry and/or accounting software is required
•Understanding of computers, the computer marketplace and related products
•Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment is required
•Positive and energetic attitude
•Must be a team player in this fast paced, multi-departmental operation
•Lift up to 40 lbs
Duties
•Sale of Microsel of Colorado, LLC products and services to customers
•Account Manager is responsible for the successful and profitable maintenance and growth of their Account Base
•Order entry and processing of those orders provided by Microsel of Colorado customer base
•Sales and customer service assistance as required by Microsel customers
•Customer prospecting to assist in continued sales and revenue growth efforts
•Communication with Microsel staff regarding customer opportunities, issues and overall operations
•Provide database management and tasks as required by Microsel operations
•Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager
Relationships
•The Account Manager at Microsel of Colorado will report to the President or Operations Manager Hours
•The Account Manger will work 40+ hours per week. Hours to be determined and may fluctuate with operations Cover Letter and Resume

Compensation
•Account Managers are paid a monthly compensation guarantee for their initial guarantee period of time. The compensation amount and guarantee period are based on previous market and sales experience
•Compensation after the guarantee period is then paid on a commission basis. Minimum Annual compensation of $40K plus is expected for all Account Managers. Account Managers that do not reach 40K+ annually in compensation may not be meeting Microsel of Colorado, LLC expectations.
